All casino games on kkfv use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that game results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including kkfv. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting events.
Game results displayed on the kkfv platform are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction — such as a disconnection during a live game round or a data feed error in a sports market — kkfv reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. kkfv will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond our control.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkfv platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
kkfv monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. kkfv will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
kkfv reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, kkfv may permanently close the account and forfeit any bonus-derived funds. Real money deposits that were not involved in the breach will be returned to the original payment method.
You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
